Bookings and Payment Procedure

Payment Procedure

Please note:

We work on a Strictly Pre-Payment base.

50% deposit to confirm the booking. The outstanding amount before checking in or upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel within 48 hours, you forfeit the accommodation fee.

The Rates is per person and not per room.

Check in time is 15H00 and check out time is strictly 10H00.

If you check out late you will be charged for a full day.

For the simple reason that the room must be cleaned & checked for the next Guest checking in at 15H00.

All reservations to be prepaid using one of the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer - Proof of payment required.
  • Credit Card - Credit Card Authorisation required (all major credit cards accepted - Visa, Master, Diners, Amex)
  • Cash - Full amount to be paid at reception before checking in.

Long Term Accommodation

All reservations to be paid one month in advance or an agreed amount as deposit depending on length of stay.

Every second week payment to be made for the two weeks to avoid too large payments.

Travel Agents

Bambelela Lodge will require a letter stating the payment procedure for all reservations - this includes the payment procedure after the invoices have been sent through to the agency. The following details also required:

  • Person who will be handling the account with contact details.
  • Contact details of company or secretary should the agent not be reached.
